With it now being Fall I thought it was a great time to share the top nail polishes that were a hit with this year's Fashion Week. Click the "read more>>" tab below to check them all out!
A rich burgundy and midnight blue were seen throughout a lot of the collections. Also, keeping the nails shorter and more squared off was a big trend that was seen all over the runway. Personally, I have always like the squared tip look a lot better than the rounded, so I am thrilled to see it trending again!
Here are a few polishes that I would recommend adding to your collection this season to really be on with this trend:
Essie's burgundy in "Poor Little Rich Girl" is a great color for this season.
Every year a returning favorite of mine for this season has been "Lincoln Part after Dark". This year try changing it up and choosing the midnight blue shade from OPI, "Yoga-ta Get This Blue!"
The next trend that was seen this season was the Pretty in Pales! There were a couple of different variations of this. At Tibi the nails were basically shades of white-out, while over at NAHM the shades were more of a pinkish marshmallow. Christian Cota models featured faded terracotta tips!!
Wanna get this look? Here are a couple of polishes that you can try out:
MAC's nail laquer in "Light Affair" is a great shade to go along with the rose marshmallow trend.
"Alpine Snow" by OPI is a great color if you are going for the white-out look. I also like to use this for a French tip.
Speaking of the French tip... doing it with a twist was a big hit on the runways. Keep the base of your nails a more natural color, then make them pop with a dark red or even another shade like a dark purple would work too! All the while still keeping them short and squared at the tip. Some of the models even made a big statement by wearing the tips with silver or black lace for a really flashy moment!
Now's the time to really go for different textures and prints! What's your favorite Fall nail trend this year?

I'm definitely loving burgundy shade nails for Fall this year and also can't wait to try out the French tip with a difference! :-)
